Stuck on scanning volmgrx.sys

AVG is trying to scan my computer, and is getting stuck on scanning volmgrx.sys and I can't stop the scanning. There are actually 2 scans going on and they're both stuck on that one thing. I've restarted my computer, and tried stopping it multiple times and it will just not get past it. Idk what to do.

I had the exact same error. Repairing did not seem to solve the issue, but i did not try restarting yet since i wanted to report the error with the version information that was present when the error occured.
