Stuck while Shredding a non-accessible file

We will check and help you to resolve it. Could you please restart the PC once and try to delete using AVG program?

I wanted to delete a game pass file that I couldn't delete normally because of a permission issue so I used AVG shredder and It got stuck at %30 and I can't delete the file and also I can't access the file can you help?
