Sub expires and wanted to merge to make it longer

i just rang them up again ask email and checked and guess what

U NOT RANG USE 1ST CALL ABOUT THIS QUESTION THERE REPLY...

i went nuts but the staff robots said we log it for u and merge the subs togetter .
i went nuts again and said i rang 3 times / chatted 3 times . and there reply we log in as i said .

training is 2 cool for me . nothink wakes them up . robot training they are on,
nothink gets loged nothink gets actioned words words words form them with no action .
compliant is not in the robots avg staff mind ,

3-5 days to see if i get the merge service.

Just to be clear you want merge your two licenses into one (for 2 PCs) by moving expiration date right?

i contact chat due to money problems to cover my internet .

my sun 7th feb 2016 2pcs version expires and got new 2 years of wife . contact avg have to join/merge service in 2 one service for 2pcs only said wait 3-5 days and bleeping nightmare .
i spoke to them on phone and for the life of me i was talking french or somethink eise . i u have 4 pcs .
no 2 pc/computers no rep 4 pc/computers . and 30 mins after nightmare . siad u have 2 pcs /. we join the service as 1  .

i  asked for compliants line or email and nightmare again u have 2 pcs/computers.
from compliant to pc/computers how did i get back to that .

so far still service of 7th feb 2016 and other service not jointed so losed 13 months and a blleping nightmare of a computer sorry i give them my money .

cant see them under standing what i asked as this as caused a nightmare with the company phone and chat staff . no been able 2 pc got makes 4 pcs i not .
