I have received email on 22 Dec 2022 that my subscription it automatically renewed until 18 Jan 2024. I have just received another email dated 25 Jul 2023 that the expiry date is on 28 Sep 2023. How can I check what is the correct expiry date?
How do I check if I renew the subscription whether does it still covers the10 devices which I had purchased 19 Dec 2022.
Can please provide an email address for me to send the letters as prove of extension till 18 Jan 2024?
