they said the payment for my subscription would be taken yesterday and it hasnt been . do I just wait , what if they dont or cant will they  email me?  and do I need to do anything once the do take the payment  , like add a code or anything . tech daft here !  find this all very confusing esp when ppl say they will do something on a certain date and it doesnt happen , have they forgotten me, cant take the payment, etc, what if Im left with no protection ??
