Greetings,
We're glad to look into this & help you.
From your description, this possibly seems to be a false positive from AVG.
For better clarity, share us the screenshot of the notification from AVG, after clicking on 'See details' in it.
A file "psftp.exe" was detected as "IDP.Generic" by AVG and has been moved into quarantine this Monday. I installed this SFTP plugin via Package Control in Sublime Text many years ago, and now it suddenly blocked by AVG, so the SFTP plugin is not functioning anymore. The exe was located in
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 3\Packages\SFTP\bin
Since I have used it for many years without any problem, I would like to know if the "psftp.exe" is really infected or not. Thank you.
This is the website of the plugin: https://codexns.io/products/sftp_for_sublime
