This is more than just AVG. I could not log into my AVG account. I keep getting message:
Sorry, there's a glitch in the Matrix. Please reload this page. If it still doesn't work, try back in a few minutes.
This has been an issue all day. On my iPhone, with the VPN active I seem to be ok. However, on my Mac using Firefox I am getting the above error and also an error for AVG Secure VPN:
Too many devices connected. It then gives me instructions to disconnect other device, and follow instructions below. So it is not recognizing that I have multiple device license.
I disabled the VPN on my iPad and my iPhone and now my computer works fine. Also, I believe there is an issue with Firefox deciding not to connect to a site based on certificate and is not allowing the brower to connect using the AVG Cert in the https connection. From what I have read, there is no way to disable or override firefox when it decides a site is not legit due to the cert.
I have 5-user subscription for the AVG-VPN but it is now giving a notification that i am entitled only to 1 connection at a time. I use Windows 10 on my computer. I see there are many other peers who are having the same problem. I have already uninstalled the program, manually deleted the AVG folder in the ProgramFiles folder, and then re-installed the program. But the problem is still persisting.
