Subscribed to AVG PC TuneUp, Now Saying it's Expired

I can't even log into my main interface, Every time I click on my TuneUp, this is the window that pops up.

It looks like the program awaits re-activation, we need to activate the product to get rid off the expiry notices. We are unsure about the version of AVG TuneUp installed on your PC. Could you share the screenshot of your program's user interface to check and assist you with appropriate activation steps?

So I've been subscribed to AVG PC TuneUp for a long time now. My billing went through on the 21st of this month (July 21, 2019) But now I keep getting a pop up that says my TuneUp product key has expired and I need to buy again. Is there something wrong with my account or did I miss an email with an updated product key or something? I'm confused.

You are using an older version of AVG PC TuneUp. I have sent an email to your registered email address, containing instructions to uninstall the older version, install latest version and activate it. Please check your inbox and spam box as well.
