I just bought AVG unlimited, and am unable to download and install the product; the reason being that, in my account, it say I have no subscription, and the product is no where to be found.
so what should I do to see the product, download and install?
Charles, If applicable.. For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions. Also other user charles che posting (https://support.avg.com/answers?id=906b0000000Dn3bAAC). In future please try to keep the whole conversation in one question/thread to speed up any resolution.
