Hi, I am a MAC user 90 percent of the time, but bought Avg to protect my Windows machine for one month of the year. I just received emails providing download information and purchase information about a month ago. Unfortunately all emails around that time were hijacked by MS Outlook and deleted or hidden somewhere. For a while they were in Outlook but now they are no longer. I need the emails to do myWindows AVG update. They are not available through my emails anymore
and I am no longer very familiar with the windows environment. I will use it for a mapping program. Is there a way to resend the emails and restart my subscription from the date I'm able to use the program? I've been trying to contact outlook but Thus far without success. I have been on the phone for hours. I am now searching the Internet.
