Subscription AVG BUSINESS

We could not find the active subscriptions on the account that you used for the AVG community.

My main problem is that I cannot find the subscription I made in August this year and which I am using regularly. In the options it says: "if you don't see your subscription because it was made with another email, please contact customer support". But this is not the right thing, the other options have no relevance to the problem. 
Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
