Hi All,
I am seeking assistance with obtaining a subscription refund. AVG has auto-renewed my account despite my having unchecked the renewal box. On 28/10/24, I followed their online process but received no response on chat, and the provided phone number did not ring. I tried again today, 29/10/24, with the same result.
I also searched for AVG contact numbers and found some through a group, but these did not work either. AVG sent me a customer support survey, to which I responded with a score of 1 out of 10, requesting to be contacted, but have yet to hear back.
I have taken screenshots of all interactions as proof of my attempts to reach them for any further action that may be required.
