Subscription cancellation

2 years ago I found out that auto-renew on my account meant that I paid and was stuck for 2 more years. I received another email now for renewal. It only allows for renewal - no cancellation. The website gives instructions on how to cancel however the cancel button shown on the instructions does not exist on the actual screen. I did an online chat was told my account did not have an auto renew on it. I took a picture of the chat. Please make sure that I am not charged and that my subscription is NOT renewed.
