My subsciption to AVG was cancelled by Trend Micro on 28/5/19 and I no longer have AVG as security. I emailed you accordingly to cancell any further payments. However, on 11/6/19 you have debited my account using PayPal. I have never ,ever authorised anyone to use this method. I am now out of pocket by $99.99 for a service I do not have. Please check your records and arrange for an immediate refund or I will be forced to take legal action.Please confirm receipt of this emaikl.

i have all the screen shots of avg happily taking money but on my login it said NO SUBSCRIPTION and only gave me an option to get a new subscription.
i suggest call your bank, let them know what's happening. They'll log it as fraudulent transaction and send you a new card with new numbers.
i want any account closed in my name and i am not giving authorisation for any more payments to be taken!
I am currently trying to unsubscribe and/or cancel my subscription that I am getting charged for automatically but when I logged in here to try to find the subscription it was nowhere to be found
