I received an email on 1st August stating that my AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) subscription is coming up for automatic renewal on 5th October. I do not wish to renew my subscription (I was not aware that it would automatically renew) and I want to terminate the agreement asap before any payment is taken.
I have been unable to access either my subscription or payment details via the app on my pc or Google Play store. When I log into my account (on all devices) the screen tells me that I have “no subscriptions” consequently there is no cancellation option available. I have tried all options suggested on the website to no avail. I am either cut off when I phone (4 times) or the call is never answered. I have no time to spend on this and AVG do not appear to have a complaints procedure. Help please.
