I have been trying to cancel my AVG subscription for several years now but have been unable to do so. My original email was (email removed) which Company I left about 6 years ago and so cannot use that email. AVG have just taken £20.71 on August 14th, from my UK HSBC Premier card ending in (card number removed) and I wish to cancel my subscription and would like a refund for the last two years as I no longer use the Product. Last year you debited £21.80 … equivalent to Indonesian Rp 420,000.
