Have you tried logging in with different browsers to cancel the auto-renewal?

On checking the order number, you have AVG AntiTrack (3rd party) (1 computers), valid until October 18, 2019. I have cancelled the auto-renewal from my end, you will not be charged for the subscription in the future.

I want to cancel order number: 40351094508 but the Unsubscribe button doesn't works.
