My name is Ronald Brett and recently advised of the proposed renewal of my account on August 24 2017. I have tried several times to advise AVG that I do not want a renewal .Like Johan above I cannot find the way to be sure of the cancellation. Please cancel service as requested. I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION! It seems impossible to find a link to do that, as if that is on purpose. Mine expires at end of July 2017 and I do NOT want to renew. Please help!
