Subscription Cancellation

While verifying your account you have AVG Protection multidevice (1 year subscription) as your active subscription which will be renewed on 2017.4.20. We have cancelled the auto renewal for your AVG program and you won't get renewed anyfurther.

I recently received an email that my AVG subscription is up for renewal on April 20, 2017, and I will be automatically billed 15 prior, however, I do not want to renew this subscription. I understand that due to a major system upgrade customers are not seeing there subscriptions listed and therefore are not able to cancel. Please advise how I can cancel my service before I am automatically billed the 15 days prior to renewal. Thank you.
