I am trying to cancel my AVG subscriptions by cancelling the automatic subscription renewal. I believe I have succeed with one subscription which was for Tune Up but I have been trying for weeks to cancel the subscription for security with no success. My account is unable to show my subscription therefore it is impossible to cancel the subscription. Subsequently payment has been taken. You will note the licence has not activated. Could you please cancel my subscription and refund
