Hi,
I cancelled my AVG subscription over a month ago. It seems that the money is coming out of my partner’s account through PayPal. It was taken last month then refunded a week later, again it has been taken yesterday. We have checked and he doesn't have a login for AVG, and we only have one laptop so it must be coming from this subscription in my name. We want a refund and to fully cancel the subscription, so this doesn't continue to happen every month until the end of the current subscription which is November.
How do I do this?

They are the worst when it comes to refunds. I've been through it with them too and it's so agravating. Good luck!
