Subscription cancelled

We understand that you are getting campaign pop of AVG even though you have subscribed to AVG Ultimate VIP and you have cancelled your subscription and wish to share the feedback with us.
We are really sorry to know this. We'll certainly check and help you out.
This is not the expected behavior of AVG application and we apologize for the inconvenience that has caused to you. 
We will take this feedback and inform our developing team.
We would like to inform that  promotions popping up in our AVG apps might be enabled as the campaign pop up of the app might have been enabled.

First, we’ll explain to you how to turn off some of the pop-ups/notifications.
Open AVG and go to the Menu (top-right corner), then hit Settings.
Select General, then Personal Privacy.
Under Offers, you should untick the following boxes that say:
Share app-usage data with AVG so we may offer you upgrades or other products.
Share app-usage data with AVG so we may offer you 3rd party products.
To make sure that all changes are saved, please Restart AVG.

We are not sure if you’ve encountered pop-ups for a product you’ve already installed and activated, but if you have, you can try reactivating it by re-entering your activation code once again. (Just go to Menu (top-right corner), and then fill out the Activation code). Once you’ve done that, the app should recognize that you already have the subscription and will no longer send notifications or pop-ups for it.

I have subscripted for a fair few years and used AVG for much longer however i find myself being so enraged by popups asking me to buy your products when i already have the "Ultimate Vip Multi Device" Subscription to all products that I have been leaving feedback requesting this to stop.

yet it has not stopped and now i have cancelled my subscription permanently.  Shame.
