Subscription cancelled

You have sent me a new mail that I have to renew my subscription
within 29 days but I´ve got a mail from you 2018-11-19 that the
subscription has been canceled and now I want you to confirm it.
I dont want to renew it.

but I `ve got a mail from you 2018-11-19 (automatic billing stopped) that it has been cancelled  and now I want you to confirm it.
I don`t want to renew it.

Kerstin, you have an AVG Ultimate valid till Dec 1, 2019 under your account.
