Subscription can't see inside my AVG account

I got AVG Ultimate issues following this.
 
 1. Not found any subscription on my AVG account after log in.
 2. I bought AVG ultimate license from reseller and can't activate on my laptop & mobile (Android). Because register license page of AVG may got some problem. After contact support team. They fixed it by add activation code to my email and it 's only work for my 3 laptops (Not including mobile that support team informed to me the subscription only can use for window => Still wonder, I bought ultimate license that including android devices).
 3. Try to uninstall many times on android device but it 's not successful.

Please give me advise or help to fix this issue ASAP.
