Subscription changed

We are sorry to hear this and it looks like an activation issue.
Open AVG Internet Security program interface.
Click on "My AVG–>My subscriptions". If you see the email address in it, click on "Log Out".
If you happen to see the option as "remove license", then click on that too.
Finally, click on "Enter a valid activation code" option. Enter the license number and check the status.

My subscription with AVG expires on 21/2/20 and up until now I have had full protection.  On going into my AVG today to do a scan the system says I now only have Basic Protection whereas before I had full protection.  It now tells me my banking etc is not protected.  Of course I can purchase more but why should I have to when the subscription which I paid for has not as yet expired.  An explanation would be appreciated and my subscription updated to full protection again.  Thankyou.
