Subscription complain

When a Customer purchases a subscription(s), they agree to the T&C which also includes the autorenewal.
Our system will send reminder email 30 days and renewal 15 days before the expiration date to keep you protected all the time.
The reminder email will also have the steps to stop the renewal from happening.
You will also have the option to unsubscribe from your AVG MyAccount.

Question ,i want to subscribe but i hesitate because alot of people complaining about you charge twice,overcharge and charge even if they cancelled their subscription . I love you"re basic antivirus and i want to subscribe but first tell me why they have problem with the billing.
