Hi AVG, I've been a customer for a number of years now and have generally been happy with the service. I do like the fact that AVG pops up randomly to scan and resolve issues. My concern is that often AVG offers updates/new products etc but I never know what I should take and what I should ignore. I assume the AVG requirements will depend on my computer usage etc. How can I determine if the subscription I have is sufficient and/or if I need anything else?
Do I need to be logged into this portal to get the response or will you email the response as well?
