Subscription continued; application says expired

Hi, I continued my subscription of AVG internet security about 1 month before it expired. Last weekend it was the original expiry date and the application told me I'm not protected anymore. Confirmation mail says it should work automatically on my mail adres which I'm logged in with.

Besides that I can't get an overview anymore of the status of the pc's I'm protecting with this account (Which I could in previous versions!)

Last but not least AVG offers to continue for about € 20,- cheaper as I paid for!! So good behaviour is punished here?

First of all please help me out on activating the appliation again! Several pc's are at risk here!

We are here to help you. You have AVG Internet Security - Unlimited, valid until 2019.10.20. Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription and look for expiry date.
If the expiry date is not correct, please logout > wait for 2 minutes and login back.
You would have renewed your subscription by clicking on the renewal pop up (which was showing lesser price) because automatic renewal cost is the actual price (without discount).
If the issue still persists, please share a screenshot of the AVG Internet Security user interface to proceed further.

Hi Alok. Without doing anything the status has now become green. Thank you ;-)
I clicked on the renewal pop up on the sept 25. Apparantly waiting gives a lower price?

Question open: In the past I could get an overview of the pc's managed bij AVG in this account. Where is the option since the update of oct 9.

AVG Zen is removed in the latest version of AVG and it will no longer work.
