I see that your AVG Protection multidevice (2 years subscription) expires on 3rd October 2017.
Please check on the program interface whether the expiry notice is for AVG Internet Security or TuneUp?

Purchased "Tune Up" January 2017 & installed ;  now show expire or renew prior to 2 October 2017
or else revert to no charge version - - - where is my ONE YEAR product ?
