We are really sorry to know that subscrition device count is showing wrong in AVG account and wish to see the device information. Please apologize for the inconvenience caused. We'll certainly check and help you out.
We regert to inform you that, we do not have an option to view device information of AVG subscription due to our customer's privacy.
Our license server has a new feature - LUMP (License Usage Monitoring Platform). LUMP counts all activation attempts in the last 30 days. Sometimes the internet connection might be temporarily interrupted during the activation process and it doesn't count activation attempts.
However, your products are activated and the product should work correctly. The LUMP counter resets automatically after 30 days. Please be patient until the count reset.

Hi.
I have recently purchased a subscription, and I have added my and my partner's devices (2 phones and 2 laptops) to it. On the 'See Subscription' portal within the My Account page, the subscription however is only showing 3 devices registered (we have checked each individual device and they each say that they are signed up to the subscription). We are unable to view which devices are signed up and so we are conclusively a bit stuck here. Would someone be able to offer us tech support, please?
