Thank you for the information. On checking with your account we can see that you have active product of AVG Internet Security and AVG PC Tune up for 2 different licenses. As you mentioned in your description we can see that you were getting charged twice for same program with different license. This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you originally purchased your AVG product. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account. We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription. We have since stopped your Subscription on your behalf.

March 7th 2017 - Order No 701-7008533 Internet security were both charged to my account.
PC Tune Up Order No 701-6698552 was renewed on Jan 13th 2017 and
Internet Security Order No701-6313878 was renewed on Dec 14th 2016
Some how I have paid for these renewals twice.
Is it possible to have second payment cancelled?

We can give you the two suggestions either we can merge both program license into single one subscription. At the end you will be have Single AVG PC Tune up and AVG Internet Security.
