Hi,
I am receiving messages regarding my impending subscription renewal for AVG Internet Security and AVG Secure VPN. The two programs are asking if I want to renew for 1, 2 or 3 years and recommending 2 years.
I would be happy to renew for 2 years for both, but when I click extend now/renewal options I go to a window asking for my credit/debit card details. I have already loaded this in the AVG site, and I am confused as to why it’s asking again?
I am worried that I will be charged twice for the same service – the subscription will auto renew on 7 December for each. If I activate the pop-ups (renewals) that come on my PC, will it be charged from today and not the 7 December?
And then, would I be charged again on the 7 December?
I am confused and need advice. I would be happy to renew for 2 years for both with the offered discounts.
