I was auto renewed a month early for 6 avg products and subscription ends a month earlier - effectively I am losing 2 months of service for paying a yearly subscription for 6 products. Trying to raise a request to Billing sends me in circles. Help

Have had the same problem but it is bloody impossible to contact AVG. will definitely cancel subscription next time.
Yeah, Had the same issue.
If you paid by Paypal you may be able to raise a refund dispute through them.
You’ll have to contact AVG first. They may have offers that will entice you to stay.
The product is good, it’s just a somewhat vexing approach to renewal, easily a month in advance of actual renewal date if set for auto renewal (default setting).
The renewal will follow on from the expected anniversary date and not the renewal date (or should).
If you proceed with the renewal, you can turn off auto renewal after install. It’s in the settings somewhere.
