Subscription error, PC Tuneup wants key not ZEN login

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
AVG Performance Multidevice Zen program shouldn't ask for the license number.
We request you to use our AVG remover tool and completely remove traces of all AVG program and then install AVG Performance.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C: drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.

Renewed my 1-year PC TuneUp subscription on 17th of July and today I get message that my trial subscription expire today 18th of August. Order ID: 703-0701065

Have removed the product and re-installed but the problem remains. Seems PC TuneUp wants a valid key even though AVG claims that it should only require a valid ZEN login. I am logged in via ZEN and my AVG Protection works. Have tried login in/out and reboot but no luck.

Hello,  I just signed up and now I am told that the Subscription expires on 9/16/2016  . Can I sign up for your free protection for my computer??  Where on the screen can I do this ?

Glad to know that your issue got resolved.
The file 803.exe is the latest version of the installation file and the 709 is the previous build version but both should work perfectly.
