Hi there, This seems to be the only way to get a message to AVG. I cannot find a direct way to contact you by e-mail. I have AVG Ultimate subscription, (which includes AVG Internet Security, AVGTuneUp, AVG SecureVpn, and AVG AntiTrack, which expires on 31 Jan 2024. I discovered today that on my subscription profile you say I am using this subscription on 3 devices. This is not correct I only have one computer. This has happened before and it was rectified after I complained about it. Please can you correct this error again, and contact me to let me know that your records are correct. Thanks, Jeffrey Sadler.
Thank you, Aarthy. I cannot find the case number in the subject of your Email. Please can you give me the case number, as presumably I will have to fill it in on the form whenI fill it in.
