Could you please confirm us whether you are taking about AVG Mobile product? if so we do have a separate team working on AVG Mobile issue. Click on the following link http://bit.ly/1EC8H4H select the product as 'paid' in the support form even if you are using free product and fill out your details, select as android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description explain about your issue completely and finally click on Email option and submit your query. Our AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I renewed my subscription on 3rd nov 2015 while in Australia via my google account. Now I am back in UK it says my subscription has expired. I checked my google account and it confirmed the purchase.
