Subscription expiry date on second device not same as first device: Hacker Attack not protected

"Enter license number" is available. When I click on logout it states that I will be "downgraded to AVG ANtivirus FREE and you'll lose all your paid features until you reactivate your product". How would I reactivate my AVG Internet Security? Thanks

After adding a second device and downloading and installing AVG Internet Security from email received, the subscription date on the second device states it has expired! Also the Hacker Attack status is 'Not Protected'. Have run the repair option from Control Panel->Programs>AVG->Change which stated it had completed successfully. How to fix. Computer is Windows 10. Thanks

Yes, please go ahead in clicking on log out to enter your license number and it will activate your paid version.

Hello, Karen.
Thank you for reaching us with your concerns, I understand this must be upsetting. Please be informed that you need to activate AVG using the full license number as suggested below.

Open AVG Internet Security, click on Menu and select 'About'.
On About page, click on 'Subscription' in the left pane.
Then click on 'Enter license number' to enter your new license number. (if you do not see this option, click on 'Logout').
The program will update to paid version automatically.
You may have to reboot the PC once to finish the activation.
