A review of my account details on the AVG website says my subscription to AVG Internet Security (Multi Device) expires on November 24, 2021.
Nevertheless I received an email from AVG (10/6/2021) advising of the expiry on 25 July 2021, with a renewal date of July 10.
The AVG website also details my subscription to AVG TuneUp (multi device) stating the expiry date for that product is July 10, 2021.
The email of 10/6/2021 does not mention AVG TuneUp (multi device) for which, according to the website, my subscription expires on July 10, 2021.
So, please answer the following questions:
-what is the correct expiry date for AVG Internet Security and associated billing amount?
-what is the correct expiry date and billing amount for AVG TuneUp
-can the subscription period for both products be made the same and the subscription amounts made pro rata, as required
-as both products are only used on one PC in a home office environment please advise if a lesser subscription amount applies.
