I was reminded to renew the program with a subscription fee. I immediately inform
AVG that I do not want to subscribe and received a CANCELLATION notice that MY
Subscription has been CANCELLED on the 6th November 2018.
Today 26/11/2018 I received an email from avg.cs@digitalriver.com that they have automatically
RENEWED my subscription with a charge of $92.99 (order No. 54758385900 )
I replied to the same email address avg.cs@digitalriver.com and requested to reverse the
charge but got a Mail Delivery System showing Delivery Status Notification Failure.
Could someone from AVG tell me what is the problem and ratify the mistake.
