Subscription for AVG Secure VPN

Open the trial version of AVG Secure VPN, click on back arrow at the top left corner of the interface to open AVG Zen app.
Click Connect in the top-right corner of the screen, then click Log in to an existing account.
Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG MyAccount during the purchase, and click Log in.

I have a 2-year subscription for AVG Secure VPN, but in My AVG it only shows a trial subscription. How do I fix this?

I have the same problem but cannot see any AVG Zen app when I clcik the back arrow.

We are aware of it, sorry for the trouble. Its a bug where our developers are working on a fix. We see that you have AVG Secure VPN  and AVG Internet Security (2 computers). Please be informed that AVG Secure VPN is activated by logging in using AVG MyAccount email address and password where AVG Internet Security (2 computers) will get activated using your license number. That's why you can't open AVG Zen interface. 

To fix this quickly, we request you to migrate your AVG Internet Security (2 computer) into Unlimited, if not, should wait until the bug gets resolved. I request you to contact our technical support team https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form?l=en via online chat to perform this migration.
