Subscription for AVG Tune Up doesn't appear

Upon checking your subscription details, you do not have an active subscription for AVG TuneUp registered to the email address that you used to contact us here.
It could probably be registered under a different email address.
Make sure you are logging in to AVG MyAccount with correct email address.

I've got a subscritpion for AVG Tune UP for my pc that is not shown in my account thus I have no way to manage it. I wanted to cancel the subscription for this year but I didn't have any way to do that. How can I add my subscription to this account? I didn't do it with any other email in the first place so no clue why it is not showing.

I have sent an email requesting more details to locate trial order. Please revert it containing those details.
