Subscription for the year 2016-17

While verifying your account you have AVG PC TuneUp as your active subscription and it has been renewed on 2016.12.1. Your subscription is valid till 2017.12.16. We kindly request you to reactivate your subscription with the new license number using the instructions provided below and check whether it resolves the issue :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp.
2. In the AVG PC TuneUp window, click Help & Support, and then click Activate product.
3. Insert your Product Key into the Product key field, and then click Next.
4. Your AVG PC TuneUp will now be activated with a new license number.

An amount of Rs.799 has already been debited to my credit card account towards subscription for the year 2016-17 commencing from 16th December 2016 but to my surprise, the said subscription has
not been accounted for in your accounts and you are asking me to renew the subscription. What is
this? First, I have not authorised you to debit the amount to my credit card account. Secondly, even
after debiting the amount, my account has not been renewed. Your service is very poor. Please,
therefore arrange to send me the product key immediately for the year 2016-17
