and there was I thinking the customer is always right especially as my money had been taken and me not having cover on my machine…I am 72 years old so your comments are not helpful

my subscription is supposed to be automatic ancd I see they have taken my subscripotion but message comes u0p on screen that my machine is not covered …please help
