We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will check and help you to resolve it. Could you please provide screenshot of the page which keep saying incorrect device count? 

Also, uninstalling AVG program does not cancel the subscription. Our licensing system will check for device count for last 30 days. So, uninstalled program count will change the device count after 30days. If you have any clarification, please do let us know. Thank you.

I just bougth an AVG family code, so I activated it in my computer. It says it's installed on 1 device, but I also installed it in one phone and another computer, but in mine keeps saying is just in 1 device. How long will it take to update that info? Can I controll all the devices? What happend if I unistall AVG by mistake and I didn't cancel the sub in there?
Hope someone can help me.

Hi. I can't take a screenshot right now. But as I said, It only counts my PC. I just want to know if I could do anything to cancel a device subscription in case someone of my family uninstall AVG by mistake. Just like I did in my phone, I unistalled it when I didn't know I should have canceled it, does that count like 2 devices and now I can't take off the first code activation?

I can't get a screenshot right now. But what happen in case I unistalled it by mistake on my phone and then I reinstalled it putting it on the code again? Now I have one ghost device? How can I fix it?
I though the code was gonna connect to my account, but it's too difficult to put the code and delete it on every single device, more when I can't know exactly my device count
