Thanks for the answer. I do not get an error message so I can't make a screenshot. I just entered the licencenumber in the field and pressed enter. Then nothing happend and no errormessage appeared. I forgot to tell that I have purchuased the product from a retailer and not directly from AVG. Perhaps that causes the problem. I purchuased also driver updater directly from AVG and that appeared in myaccount without any problem.
I've purchuased al license for AVG Ultimate for 10 devices and installed and activated the product. Now I'am trying to register it in to my account. Several times I've filled in the license key en entered the field. Up til now I can't find the license into my account. Help?

Yes, only products bought from AVG online store directly appear in AVG MyAccount. I have escalated your request to our concerned team. They will add AVG Ultimate (Multi-device) to your AVG MyAccount and get back to you via email.
