Subscription information is missing on https://account.avg.com/ page despite having an active subscription

Hi, I’m a Windows only user.

Noticed that I cannot retrieve information on my subscription on my account page as it currently returns error 500.

  1. Are you aware of this error
  2. When are you planning to fix this error
  3. What are other steps I can take in order to manage my subscription

Before you hit me with your FAQ links, I already read them all, so don’t bother. Come up with dates or solutions, not FAQs.
And no phone numbers, please - I don’t plan on speaking to a bot or a customer service who likely has no technical skillset to help me out.
