Hi, I’m a Windows only user.
Noticed that I cannot retrieve information on my subscription on my account page as it currently returns error 500.
- Are you aware of this error
- When are you planning to fix this error
- What are other steps I can take in order to manage my subscription
Before you hit me with your FAQ links, I already read them all, so don’t bother. Come up with dates or solutions, not FAQs.
And no phone numbers, please - I don’t plan on speaking to a bot or a customer service who likely has no technical skillset to help me out.
