Please open the AVG Zen dashboard and at the top right corner, you can either see your email address or connect option, please click on your email address and select "Leave the Network" and sign in back to your AVG MyAccount. Or if you see "Connect" option, please click on the same and sign in to your AVG MyAccount. After you sign in to your account, please check if the AVG program gets activated.

Could you please help me solve this problem? My subscription is paid for the next few years but AVG downloaded today again from "My account" page says that there are 26 days left, logging in, out doesnt work. Using AVG remover does not work as well.
