I see that you have an active license for AVG Anti-Virus (3 computers) valid till 15th Sep 2019 and an active license for AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) valid till 18th Jan 2018.

I have been using AVG for many years. Today I tried get ready for transferring my AVG program to a new computer. The current computer has more than 600 days left on its warranty. I talked with four sales, customer, technical reps and got no real answer. I am trying to install the remaining time on my AVG program on a new computer.
I was shuffled around among four different people including technical people and sales people. My wish was to be given a credit for the remaining time, that I would then apply to a new install. That is not rocket science.
One person told me the change could be difficult, might work, might not work …
If AVG cannot give me some simple method of transferring information from one computer to another, then I will have no choice except to look for another program. I do not expect any other program to resolve my issue. However, if AVG cannot or will not address my issue, then I guess I should look for a new antivirus program.
