Subscription issues

I bought a 1 year subscription for my laptop, the payment was processed and I activated my account but when I run smart scans or resolve issues with my laptop I'm unable to resolve performance issues. The screen returns to the subscription options and offers me a free trial, how do I fix this.

The Performance Issue scan is a campaign for the AVG TuneUp. 
AVG TuneUp is used to enhance the PC's performance. 
If you wish you can purchase the AVG TuneUp subscription, if not, I request you to sync your account in the application to remove the 'Performance Issue' scan : 
AVG >> Menu >> My Subscriptions >> Login

If you are still getting the Performance Issue scan, I request you to uninstall and reinstall the application and then sync your account.
