I bought the wrong package and requested a refund on it , a consultant emailed me and asked why I wanted a refund and so i explained, I bought wrong package and wanted a refund so i can purchase the Ultimate package and so he offered to upgrade me to Ultimate no extra charges and gave me an activation key. I used it, by it still shows i have no subscriptions active on my account.
